We provide home health care services including Medicare-certified services to the elderly and other vulnerable populations.

Accordingly, we request your information for the purposes of conducting Level 2 background screening on federal, state, and local databases as well as to confirm your identity,  verify employment eligibility and adhere to the state of Florida’s certification requirements for home health aides.
